PROTOCOLS FOR HEALTHY HOME CLEANING CUSTOMERS IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19
As a valued client of Healthy Home Cleaning, we appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your home and workplace. We recognize the ongoing and increased uncertainty that the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing and our highest priority is the health and well-being of our customers and staff. With that in mind, we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

✦ We will not send a sick employee to your home or workplace Employees exhibiting any symptoms will be sent home immediately.
✦ To protect our employees and other customers, we will not clean homes if anyone in the home is sick or showing flu-like symptoms.
✦ Team members will be required to wash their hands with soap and water upon entering the home and before leaving the home.
✦ Teams are disinfecting equipment daily.
✦ Teams are disinfecting the interior of vehicles daily.
✦ Cleaning cloths brought into your home and workplace are clean and unused. Our whole-cleaning method uses color-coded microfiber cloths to eliminate cross-contamination between rooms.
✦ Cleaning cloths are washed daily with detergent and hot water.
✦ All staff members are equipped with masks, shoe covers, and gloves for each home.
✦ ZERO CONTACT CLEANING SERVICE! WE'LL CALL YOU 30 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVING AND 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE LEAVE.
