2.Does Someone Have To Visit My House To Provide A Quote?Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning right over the phone.

3. Are Cleaning Supplies Included?Cleaning supplies are included. We will bring everything needed to make your house sparkle. If you have products that you prefer we use, just let us know and provide those products on the day of cleaning.

4. What If I'm Not Happy With My Cleaning?Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a 24 Hour satisfaction guarantee period that we stand by.

5. Can I Get Same-Day Service?We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

6. Do I Have To Be At Home For My Cleaning?It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house and lock up when booking your cleaning service.

7.Will The Cleaner Arrive On Time?Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

8. When Will I Be Charged For The Cleaning?You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

9.Is There A Contract?No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments. Only for commercial cleaning service we do offer contract cleaning.

10. How Do You Ensure The Cleaner In My Home Can Be Completely Trusted?The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential and commercial cleaning to work with us. Lastly, we carry liability insurance and all employees are bonded.

11. Do you service my area?If you’re within the Houston TX Metro area, absolutely. If we can reach your home within one hour of Houston, TX

12. Referring friend's and family members.Refer us with friends and family. If a friend or family member books just have them to add your first and last name to tell us more about your home form on website , your friend or family member automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future service.
